Description

From Pedals to Power—In Just a Few Hours!

“ I bought this kit 6 months ago and it was the first one I’ve ever installed and it was definitely worth it. I just upgraded to a new motor but the original motor still runs amazing. The directions are very thorough and as long as you take care of it it will run great.- Larry S.

✅Fast and Fuel-Efficient: Get speeds of up to 50km/h and travel long distances with minimal fuel use. It’s a cost-effective way to add real power to your ride.

🌟HOW TO USE

     1. Prep the Bike

  • Choose a sturdy 26” steel-frame bike (preferably with a V-frame and no rear suspension).
  • Remove the chain guard, fenders, or accessories that may interfere with the installation.
  • Deflate the rear tire to make mounting the rear sprocket easier.

     2. Install the Rear Sprocket

  • Position the rubber isolator pads on both sides of the rear spokes.
  • Align the sprocket over the hub and secure it using the included bolts and nuts.
  • Make sure the sprocket is centered and does not wobble.

     3. Mount the Engine

  • Place the engine in the center of the V-frame triangle.
  • Use the U-bolts and mounting bracket to secure the engine to the frame.
  • Ensure the engine is level and tightly fastened.

     4. Attach the Chain

  • Fit the chain over the engine sprocket and the rear wheel sprocket.
  • Use the chain breaker tool to adjust length if needed.
  • Install the chain tensioner on the rear stay and adjust for proper tension (about ½" slack).

     5. Install the Fuel Tank

  • Mount the tank on the top tube using the metal brackets and rubber pads.
  • Tighten the straps and connect the fuel line from the tank to the carburetor.

     6. Install the Carburetor and Air Filter

  • Slide the carburetor onto the intake manifold and secure it with the clamp.
  • Attach the air filter onto the carburetor.

     7. Connect the Throttle and Kill Switch

  • Insert the throttle cable into the carburetor slide and route it to the throttle grip.
  • Secure the throttle and kill switch to the handlebar.
  • Connect the kill switch wires to the CDI unit.

     8. Wire the Ignition (CDI Box)

  • Connect the spark plug wire to the spark plug.
  • Plug the matching wires from the CDI unit to the engine magneto wires.
    • Blue to blue
    • Black to black
    • White (optional for lights or accessories)

     9. Install the Exhaust

  • Mount the muffler to the cylinder exhaust port using the included bolts and gasket.
  • Ensure clearance from pedals and the bike frame.

     10. Final Checks

  • Check all bolts and connections for tightness.
  • Fill the tank with a 16:1 or 20:1 gas-oil mix (break-in period).
  • Test throttle, brakes, and clutch function before starting.
