This electric ratchet is insanely useful and I now probably use it more than my standard mechanical ratchet. It comes with 2 batteries so the carry case is useful for toting the tool, including sockets, extra battery, and charger. The tool fits my hand well but is rather large for tight spots. On the other hand, you donât need space to rotate the tool so that makes it more versatile in some ways. I like the on-off switch for power combined with a lever to actually operate it. The on-off prevents it from running down the battery if the lever gets pushed while in the case. If this is a tool youâd use often, I highly recommend it!
I've only had the tool for a week and used it once. It did a great job, seemed to have decent power removing and tightening some top strut mount bolts. Worked really well in a small space where a traditional ratchet would have been more difficult. I'm really happy I bought it.
In some jobs, you need a bit of muscle but not a huge amount. It has been terrific for a small effort, bolt, and nut loosening in tight spaces. Battery life has been excellent and I'm still on my first charge for the first battery pack. Overall, I'm happy with the quality and performance of this tool.
