This was just what I needed to finish a small upgrade. All the hardware was included and installation was simple.

One of our 15-year-old latches broke on the outside of our camper. I installed these as direct replacements for the OEM ones. They work well. The spring isn't as tight as the original, but it gets the job done. No hardware or adhesive included, though.
