If you have an RV that has gray and/or black tank drain pipes that have long horizontal runs you likely have a lot of ugh that stays in the pipe after you close the valve and put the cap on. And—the next time you remove the cap, even before you can attach the sewer hose and open the valve, that lovely mixture of ugh drips, drains and comes out. This works! You'll get a new routine. Remove cap, attach sewer hose, then open tank valve. No mess. Then it's close tank valve, close this valve, remove hose and nothing is dripping. Replace cap. Won't even have to wear gloves.
