Why Get Our Turbo System Leakage Tester Set?

✅Efficient: Identifying performance issues can be tough without a dedicated tester. The Turbo System Leakage Tester Set charges the turbo system with low-pressure air to reveal leaks. By plugging the output side of the turbo and the intake inlet, it helps locate air leaks in the turbo system components. It can also be used on cooling system pipes.

✅Convenient: You can easily find pressure loss using your hands or a leakage spray. The set includes four pairs of stepped adapters that fit most turbo systems on cars and light trucks, ranging from 1-3/8" (35mm) to 3-1/2" (90mm).

🌟HOW TO USE

1. Select the correct adapter by first measuring the hose diameter.

2. Set the regulator of the tester to 5psi to check for large leaks with the valve, open (operating handle inline with the hose axis). And with the air coupling disconnected.

3. Select the correct size adapters and place them in hoses, then tighten the clamp

4. Connect the air coupling to check for leaks at the pre-set (5psi). If a leak is identified audibly, it indicates that the system has a fault resulting in loss of pressure.

5. If no leaks are evident, regulate pressure to 10psi.

6. If no leaks are evident, regulate pressure to a maximum of 15psi or the manufacturer’s maximum pressure and retest.

7. If the gauge pointer remains stationary for one minute it will indicate that the system works well.

8. Release the pressure in the system by rotating the ball valve lever to align with the hose axis.

9. Disconnect the quick coupler, clean, and return all items to the carry case.
